Arrive and settle.
Doors open 5 minutesbefore we start. Coats off, shoes off, a look at what's out on the tables.
The story.
One picture book, read properly, with room for the interruptions. Little ones sit, stand, wander back. That's fine.
Play the story.
Activities built from the book, all hands-on, all rooted in the EYFS framework. You join in. Nobody has to tidy up.

Each week we read one book and build the whole session around it. The painting, the water, the dressing up, all of it comes from the story. The first story is announced with the first dates.

Good to know
Do I stay for the session?
Yes, and we'd want you to. One grown-up comes free and can bring up to two children. Want another grown-up along? Add them for £2.50. Grown-ups don't count against the group size.
My child is only just two. Is that okay?
Sessions are built for ages 2 to 5, and the play is open-ended, so a two-year-old and a four-year-old take different things from the same book.
What should we bring?
Clothes that can get painty, and a water bottle. Everything else is provided.
What if we can't make it?
Let us know as soon as you can and we'll move you to another date where we can. The full policy is in the booking terms.
Can I bring two children?
Yes. Say how many children when you pick your dates, and each gets their own seat. One free grown-up covers up to two children, so you can bring both on your own.
Do I need an account?
No. Pick your dates, pay, and the confirmation email is your ticket. Nothing to download, nothing to remember.
