Booking terms

These are the terms for booking a Toddler Book Club session with Mini Z and Me Group Ltd. They are written to be read, not skimmed, so they are short. If anything is unclear, email hello@minizandme.com before you book.

Who the sessions are for

Sessions are for children aged 2 to 5, each accompanied by a grown-up who stays for the whole session and joins in. The grown-up is responsible for their child throughout. We plan the activities and run the room; we are not providing childcare.

Who comes free, and who pays

• Every child needs their own seat, priced per session by venue.
• One grown-up comes free with every 2 children on a booking. So one or two children bring one free grown-up; three or four bring two.
• Any grown-up beyond that is £2.50 per session, space allowing.
• Book 4 or more dates in one go and 10% comes off the whole booking. The discount applies automatically; there is no code.

Booking and paying

You book on this website and pay by card through Stripe, our payment provider. We never see your card details. When you reach the payment page we hold your seats for 30minutes; if payment isn't completed in that time the seats are released and nothing is charged. Your booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. That email is your ticket: there is nothing to print or download.

If you can't make it

Little ones get ill and plans change. Let us know as early as you can at hello@minizandme.com. With at least 48 hours' notice we will move you to another date with space, free of charge. With less notice we will do our best to move you, but we can't promise it, and we don't refund missed sessions. Bookings are not transferable to other families.

If we have to cancel

Very occasionally a venue is unavailable or the person running the session is unwell. If we cancel a session we will email you as soon as we know and offer you a free move to another date or a full refund of that session, whichever you prefer.

At the session

• Please arrive on time. Doors open shortly before the start.
• Clothes that can get painty are a good idea. Everything else is provided unless the venue notes on the booking page say otherwise.
• Please tell us about allergies, access needs or anything else that would help when you book. We read every note.
• We may ask a family to leave a session if a child or grown-up is unwell or if behaviour is putting others at risk. We will always talk to you first.

Photos

We do not photograph children at sessions without asking the grown-up first, and we never use photos of children for marketing without written permission.
