Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information this website collects, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. It covers minizandmegroup.com and Toddler Book Club bookings. The Mini Z and Me app has its own privacy policy at minizandme.com/privacy.

Who we are

Mini Z and Me Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17279781, registered office 181 Walmley Road, Birmingham, B76 1PX. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact us about anything in this notice at legal@minizandme.com.

Just browsing

If you only read the site, we collect nothing that identifies you. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, which is why there is no cookie banner. We see totals, not people.

When you book a Book Club session

About you: your name, email address and mobile number, so we can send your confirmation and reach you if a session changes. Any notes you choose to add, such as allergies or access needs.

About your child: first name and age in years, so the person running the session knows who is in the room and can pitch the activities. We never ask for a date of birth or any other detail about a child.

About the payment: your card is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, only a reference to the payment and its status.

We use this information to run the session you booked, to send your confirmation, and to contact you about that booking. That is a contract between us, which is our lawful basis for processing it. We do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to, and we never sell it.

Who we share it with

• Stripetakes your payment. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what it holds.
• Resend delivers our emails, so your email address and the contents of your confirmation pass through it.
• Supabase hosts our booking database.
• Vercel hosts this website.

Each of these acts on our instructions as a processor. We do not share booking information with the venues beyond what is needed on the day, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Booking details, including your child's first name and age, are kept for 12 months after the last session you attended, then deleted. Payment records are kept for six years because tax law requires it, but those records do not include children's details.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email legal@minizandme.comand we will reply within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. If a change affects a booking you already have, we will email you.
